<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:ITCAvantGardePro;font-size:12px;font-weight:200;">If the property is sold with an occupant, the transfer of use will consist of the collection of rent for the benefit of the purchaser, who will be responsible for informing the occupant of the transfer of ownership to themselves. In the event of a sale in the course of a calendar month, the related rent will be allocated on a pro rata temporis basis.</span></p>
