<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:ITCAvantGardePro;font-size:12px;font-weight:200;">if the parties opt to hand-deliver the deed to the PURCHASER, in order to start the withdrawal period provided for in Article L. 271-1 of the French Building Code, each of the persons referred to herein as &quot;the PURCHASER&quot; must write the following in their own handwriting:</span></p>
