As potential Buyers, you wish to authorise us to present you with and take you to visit any properties that meet your selection criteria. The real estate agent is bound by an obligation of means and not of results. To this end, you are considering entrusting us with a non-exclusive search agreement with the right of withdrawal.

DUR&Eacute;E DU MANDAT &amp; CONDITIONS DE R&Eacute;SILIATION&nbsp;DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT &amp; TERMINATION CONDITIONS

Ce mandat est consenti pour une dur&eacute;e de vingt-quatre mois prenant effet le jour de sa signature. Les trois premiers mois sont irr&eacute;vocables. Au terme de cette p&eacute;riode d&rsquo;irr&eacute;vocabilit&eacute;, le mandat pourra &ecirc;tre d&eacute;nonc&eacute; &agrave; tout moment par chacune des parties, &agrave; charge pour celle qui entend y mettre fin d&rsquo;en aviser l&rsquo;autre partie quinze jours &agrave; l&rsquo;avance par lettre recommand&eacute;e avec avis de r&eacute;ception.

This agreement is granted for a period of twenty-four months taking effect on the day it is signed. The first three months are binding. After this binding period, the agreement may be terminated at any time by either of the parties, the party that intends to terminate it being required to inform the other party at least fifteen days in advance by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

MODALIT&Eacute;S DE PAIEMENT DES HONORAIRES D&rsquo;AGENCE&nbsp;TERMS OF PAYMENT OF AGENCY FEES

Les honoraires de l&rsquo;agence seront exigibles le jour o&ugrave; l&rsquo;op&eacute;ration sera effectivement conclue et constat&eacute;e dans un acte &eacute;crit, sign&eacute; des deux Parties et, conform&eacute;ment &agrave; l&rsquo;article 74 du d&eacute;cret n&deg;72-678 du 20 juillet 1972, apr&egrave;s r&eacute;alisation de toutes les conditions suspensives. En contrepartie de l&rsquo;ex&eacute;cution de sa mission, l&rsquo;agence percevra ses honoraires conform&eacute;ment au bar&egrave;me de ses prestations tenu &agrave; disposition et affich&eacute; dans l&rsquo;agence, et &agrave; ce qui a &eacute;t&eacute; pr&eacute;vu dans le mandat.&nbsp;

The agency&#39;s fees shall be payable on the day on which the transaction is actually concluded and recorded in a written instrument, signed by both Parties and, in accordance with Article 74 of Decree No. 72-678 of 20 July 1972, after fulfilment of all the conditions precedent. In return for the performance of its mission, the agency shall receive its fees in accordance with the schedule of its services made available and displayed in the agency, and with the terms stipulated in the agreement.

Pendant toute la dur&eacute;e du pr&eacute;sent mandat et de ses renouvellements&nbsp;:&nbsp;

	<li style="text-align: justify;">Les affaires propos&eacute;es et pr&eacute;sent&eacute;es sont strictement confidentielles, et le Mandant s&rsquo;engage &agrave; n&rsquo;en traiter l&rsquo;achat &eacute;ventuel que par l&rsquo;interm&eacute;diaire de l&rsquo;agence pendant toute la dur&eacute;e du pr&eacute;sent mandat. </li>
</ul>

&Agrave; d&eacute;faut de respecter cette clause, l&rsquo;Acqu&eacute;reur &eacute;ventuel s&rsquo;engage &agrave; verser au Mandataire, une indemnit&eacute; forfaitaire et irr&eacute;ductible d&rsquo;un montant &eacute;gal &agrave; la r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration pr&eacute;vue au pr&eacute;sent mandat.

Throughout the term of this agreement and its renewals:

If this clause is not complied with, the potential Buyer agrees to pay the Agent a fixed and irreducible indemnity of an amount equal to the remuneration provided for in this agreement.

Vous avez la facult&eacute; de renoncer au mandat dans un d&eacute;lai de quatorze jours, &agrave; compter de sa signature, sans donner de motif. &nbsp;Pour exercer le droit de r&eacute;tractation, vous devez nous notifier votre d&eacute;cision de r&eacute;tractation en remplissant le formulaire joint au mandat, par courrier recommand&eacute; ou par voie &eacute;lectronique.

You may end this Agreement within fourteen days from the date this document is signed, without providing any grounds. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by completing the form attached to the agreement, by registered letter or electronically.

EFFET&nbsp;DE LA R&Eacute;TRACTATION&nbsp;EFFECT OF WITHDRAWAL

L&rsquo;exercice de votre droit de r&eacute;tractation mettra fin aux obligations r&eacute;ciproques pr&eacute;vues au mandat. Il ne donnera lieu &agrave; aucune indemnit&eacute; ni frais. Si vous demandez express&eacute;ment que le Mandataire commence l&rsquo;ex&eacute;cution du mandat sans attendre l&rsquo;expiration du d&eacute;lai de r&eacute;tractation, sachez que cette demande ne vous privera en aucun cas de votre facult&eacute; de r&eacute;vocation pendant le d&eacute;lai de quatorze jours.

The exercise of your right of withdrawal will terminate the reciprocal obligations provided for in the agreement. It shall not give rise to any compensation or costs. If you expressly request that the Agent begin the performance of the agreement without waiting for the expiry of the withdrawal period, this request shall not in any case deprive you of your right of withdrawal during the fourteen-day period.

L&rsquo;Acqu&eacute;reur &eacute;ventuel b&eacute;n&eacute;ficie sur simple demande, et &agrave; tout moment, d&rsquo;un droit d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s, de rectification, de suppression, d&rsquo;opposition et de portabilit&eacute; de toutes les donn&eacute;es &agrave; caract&egrave;re personnel qui ont pu &ecirc;tre collect&eacute;es ou centralis&eacute;es par le Mandataire. Cette demande s&rsquo;exerce aupr&egrave;s du responsable de traitement, &agrave; l&rsquo;adresse suivante : rgpd@junot.fr ou par courrier au : 27 avenue Junot, 75018 PARIS, &agrave; l&rsquo;attention de Mme Martine KUPERFIS.&nbsp;

Pursuant to Article 26 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection, the potential Buyer is informed that the Agent collects and processes personal data necessary for the performance of its mission, and to comply with its legal obligations. 
Upon request and at any time, the potential Buyer has the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and transmit all personal data that may have been collected and/or centralised by the Agent. This request may be made to the data controller at the following address: rgpd@junot.fr or by post to: 27 Avenue Junot, 75018 PARIS for the attention of Ms Martine Kuperfis.
