IL A &Eacute;T&Eacute; CONVENU CE QUI SUIT :

Par le pr&eacute;sent mandat, &eacute;tabli conform&eacute;ment &agrave; l&rsquo;article 6 de la loi n&deg;70-9 du 2 janvier 1970, et aux articles 72 et suivants du d&eacute;cret n&deg;72-678 du 20 juillet 1972, le Mandant conf&egrave;re au Mandataire qui l&rsquo;accepte, MANDAT SIMPLE :

<ul>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">De rechercher, en vue de l&rsquo;acqu&eacute;rir, un bien r&eacute;pondant aux caract&eacute;ristiques d&eacute;finies ci-apr&egrave;s ;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">De lui pr&eacute;senter, et faire visiter tous biens r&eacute;pondant &agrave; ces crit&egrave;res ;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Lorsqu&rsquo;il arr&ecirc;tera son choix, de n&eacute;gocier les conditions g&eacute;n&eacute;rales de la vente, afin de r&eacute;diger l&rsquo;accord des parties, aux conditions suivantes :</li>

THE FOLLOWING IS HEREBY AGREED: 
By this agreement, drawn up in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 70-9 of 2 January 1970, and Articles 72 et seq. of Decree No. 72-678 of 20 July 1972, the Principal grants the Agent, who hereby accepts, a NON-EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT:

<ul>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">To search for a property meeting the characteristics defined below, with a view to its purchase;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">To present and arrange a visit to any property meeting these criteria;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">When he/she makes his/her choice, to negotiate the general terms and conditions of the sale, in order to draft the agreement between the parties, under the following conditions:
