En application de l&rsquo;article 26 du R&egrave;glement UE 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 relatif &agrave; la protection des donn&eacute;es, le Mandant&nbsp;est inform&eacute; que le Mandataire est amen&eacute; &agrave; collecter et &agrave; traiter des donn&eacute;es personnelles n&eacute;cessaires pour l&rsquo;accomplissement de sa mission, et notamment pour ex&eacute;cuter le pr&eacute;sent mandat, pr&eacute;parer la r&eacute;daction des actes de vente, suivre le dossier, effectuer de la prospection commerciale, mettre en relation avec son r&eacute;seau ou ses partenaires, et respecter ses obligations l&eacute;gales.

Le Mandant b&eacute;n&eacute;ficie sur simple demande, et &agrave; tout moment, d&rsquo;un droit d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s, de rectification, de suppression, d&rsquo;opposition et de portabilit&eacute; de toutes les donn&eacute;es &agrave; caract&egrave;re personnel qui ont pu &ecirc;tre collect&eacute;es ou centralis&eacute;es par le Mandataire. Cette demande s&rsquo;exerce aupr&egrave;s du responsable de traitement, &agrave; l&rsquo;adresse suivante : rgpd@junot.fr ou par courrier au : 27 avenue Junot, 75018 PARIS,&nbsp;&agrave; l&rsquo;attention de Mme Martine KUPERFIS.&nbsp;

Pursuant to Article 26 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection, the Principal is informed that the Agent collects and processes personal data necessary for the performance of its mission, and in particular to execute this agreement, prepare the drafting of the deeds of sale, manage the file, carry out commercial prospecting, enter into contact with its network or their partners, and comply with its legal obligations. 
Upon request and at any time, the Principal has the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and transmit all personal data that may have been collected and/or centralised by the Agent. This request may be made to the data controller at the following address: rgpd@junot.fr or by post to: 27 Avenue Junot, 75018 PARIS for the attention of Ms Martine Kuperfis.

En application des articles L. 121-21 &agrave; L. 121-21-8 du code de la consommation, le Mandant a la facult&eacute; de renoncer au mandat dans un d&eacute;lai de quatorze jours &agrave; compter de la signature des pr&eacute;sentes.&nbsp; 
Si le Mandant demande que l&rsquo;ex&eacute;cution du mandat d&eacute;bute avant l&rsquo;expiration du d&eacute;lai de r&eacute;tractation, cette demande ne le prive pas de sa facult&eacute; de r&eacute;tractation de quatorze jours, tant que le Mandataire n&rsquo;a pas pleinement ex&eacute;cut&eacute; sa mission. 
Si le Mandant entend utiliser cette facult&eacute;, il utilisera le formulaire ci-joint, &agrave; envoyer en lettre recommand&eacute;e avec accus&eacute; de r&eacute;ception ou par courrier &eacute;lectronique.

que le Mandataire commence ses prestations et ex&eacute;cute le contrat d&egrave;s sa conclusion, sans attendre l&rsquo;expiration du d&eacute;lai de r&eacute;tractation des quatorze jours.

Pursuant to Articles L. 121-21 to L. 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Principal has the right to cancel the agreement within fourteen days of the signature hereof. 
If the Principal requests that the performance of the agreement begin before the expiry of the cooling-off period, this request does not deprive him/her of his/her fourteen-day right of withdrawal, on condition that the Agent has not fully completed its mission. 
If the Agreement intends to use this option, he/she shall use the enclosed form, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email.

The Agent shall begin its services and perform the agreement as soon as it is concluded, without waiting for the expiry of the fourteen-day cooling-off period.
