IL A &Eacute;T&Eacute; PR&Eacute;ALABLEMENT EXPOS&Eacute; CE QUI SUIT THE FOLLOWING IS HEREBY AGREED :

L&rsquo;Apporteur dispose d&rsquo;un carnet d&rsquo;adresses d&rsquo;acheteurs et de vendeurs de biens immobiliers haut de gamme. 
Le Client poss&egrave;de un r&eacute;seau d&rsquo;agences immobili&egrave;res sous son enseigne JUNOT et dispose d&rsquo;une image forte dans son secteur, ax&eacute;e sur des prestations &laquo; haut de gamme &raquo;. 
Le Client a fait valoir son int&eacute;r&ecirc;t pour les comp&eacute;tences de l&rsquo;Apporteur propres &agrave; lui permettre de d&eacute;velopper cette image et son activit&eacute;. 
Les Parties se sont donc rapproch&eacute;es afin d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;ter et de formaliser dans la pr&eacute;sente convention les conditions et les formalit&eacute;s de leur accord.

The Business Introducer has an address book of buyers and sellers of high-end real estate. 
The Client has a network of estate agencies under its JUNOT brand and has a strong image within its sector, focused on &ldquo;high-end&rdquo; services. 
The Client has expressed an interest in the Business Introducer&rsquo;s skills to enable it to develop this image and its business. 
The Parties have therefore met in order to set out and formalise in this agreement the terms and formalities of their understanding.

EN CONS&Eacute;QUENCE IL A &Eacute;T&Eacute; CONVENU ET ARR&Ecirc;T&Eacute; CE QUI SUIT CONSEQUENTLY, IT HAS BEEN AGREED AS FOLLOWS :
