L&rsquo;Apporteur soumettra des prospects acqu&eacute;reurs ou vendeurs au Client, lequel sera libre de les accepter ou non dans les termes pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s (ci-apr&egrave;s : &laquo; les prospects &raquo;). Si les prospects semblent int&eacute;ress&eacute;s, l&rsquo;Apporteur les pr&eacute;sentera au Client et fera ses meilleurs efforts pour faciliter la communication entre les prospects et le Client.

The Business Introducer shall submit prospective buyers or sellers to the Client, which shall be free to accept them or not under the terms presented (hereinafter the &ldquo;prospects&rdquo;). If the prospects appear interested, the Business Introducer shall present them to the Client and shall make his/her best efforts to facilitate communication between the prospects and the Client.
