If the sale of the above-mentioned property should finally be formalised by means of a sale of securities or shares, the base price for the Agent&#39;s fees will remain as stipulated above, and not the net book value of the shares sold.

The current VAT rate is at 20%, this is subject to change according to fiscal law.

The Agent&rsquo;s commission will be payable on the date of effective completion of the transaction recorded by a notarial deed (if needed).

If a right of substitution or pre-emption is exercised, the commission will be payable by the Principal.
