En r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration des services rendus, le mandataire percevra des honoraires&nbsp;de gestion et d&rsquo;interm&eacute;diation au taux de 25 % TOUTES TAXES COMPRISES (T.V.A au taux en vigueur), le jour de la signature du contrat de location sur le montant total de la location (prix de pr&eacute;sentation public) &agrave; la charge du mandant. Cette r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration sera pr&eacute;lev&eacute;e sur le montant du loyer encaiss&eacute; &agrave; la pr&eacute;sentation de chaque location, ce que le Mandant consent express&eacute;ment.

Le mandataire informe le mandant, qu&rsquo;il percevra des honoraires pour l&rsquo;organisation des prestations de services demand&eacute;es par le locataire et non incluses dans le pr&eacute;sent mandat, notamment l&rsquo;organisation et la mise en place de personnel qualifi&eacute; (femme de m&eacute;nage, cuisinier, chauffeur, agent de s&eacute;curit&eacute;&hellip;), la location de mat&eacute;riel divers, la location de v&eacute;hicules&hellip;.. &nbsp;Ces honoraires, &agrave; la charge du LOCATAIRE, seront factur&eacute;s selon le bar&egrave;me appliqu&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;agence et s&rsquo;ajouteront au prix de la location ainsi que les honoraires demand&eacute;s par les interm&eacute;diaires pour l&rsquo;organisation et la fourniture des prestations touristiques demand&eacute;es au cours du s&eacute;jour.

In consideration of services rendered the agent shall receive management and transaction fees of 25% (legal VAT included) at the applicable rate on the day of the signature of rental agreement on the gross amount of the rent (public price).
