Le D&eacute;l&eacute;gataire s&rsquo;engage notamment &agrave; recueillir syst&eacute;matiquement les pi&egrave;ces, actes et justificatifs n&eacute;cessaires &agrave; la mise en &oelig;uvre d&rsquo;une juste vigilance dans les dossiers dans lesquels il est amen&eacute; &agrave; concourir.
