	<li style="text-align: justify;">aviser toute personne qui me pr&eacute;senterait les biens objets de la pr&eacute;sente reconnaissance de visite que ceux-ci m&rsquo;ont d&eacute;j&agrave; &eacute;t&eacute; pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s par l&#39;agence ci-dessus ;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">ne pas traiter ou n&eacute;gocier l&#39;acquisition de ces biens, en dehors de l&#39;intervention de l&#39;agence MZRE, et au besoin &agrave; aviser le vendeur que ce bien nous a &eacute;t&eacute; pr&eacute;sent&eacute; pr&eacute;alablement par l&#39;agence MICHA&Euml;L ZINGRAF REAL ESTATE (MZRE).</li>
</ul>

Nous reconnaissons avoir &eacute;t&eacute; inform&eacute;s qu&rsquo;&agrave; d&eacute;faut du respect de ces engagements, pendant une dur&eacute;e de douze (12) mois &agrave; compter de ce jour, et en cas d&#39;achat du bien soit par accord direct, soit par l&#39;interm&eacute;diaire d&#39;un tiers, en violation des engagements ci-dessus, nous serons tenus de l&#39;enti&egrave;re r&eacute;paration du pr&eacute;judice caus&eacute; &agrave; l&#39;agence MZRE par son &eacute;viction et devrons lui verser une indemnit&eacute; forfaitaire &eacute;gale au montant de la r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration qu&#39;elle aurait per&ccedil;ue si elle avait &eacute;t&eacute; appel&eacute;e &agrave; concourir &agrave; l&#39;acte.

Accordingly, we expressly undertake to :

<ul>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">not to communicate this information, which is given to us in a personal and confidential capacity, to anyone else;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">not to visit the sellers without being accompanied by a representative of the MZRE agency or without communicating this document to the seller;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">to advise any person who presents me with the properties covered by this acknowledgement of visit that they have already been presented to me by the above agency;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">not to deal with or negotiate the acquisition of these properties, outside the intervention of the MZRE agency, and if necessary to advise the seller that this property has already been presented to us by the MICHA&Euml;L ZINGRAF REAL ESTATE agency (MZRE).</li>
</ul>

We acknowledge that we have been informed that if these commitments are not respected, for a period of twelve (12) months from today, and in the event of purchase of the property either by direct agreement or through a third party, in violation of the above commitments, we shall be liable for full compensation for the damage caused to the MZRE agency by its eviction and shall pay it a fixed indemnity equal to the amount of remuneration it would have received if it had been called upon to participate in the transaction.
