	<li style="text-align: justify;">Si une convention d&rsquo;achat est conclue par le donneur d&rsquo;ordre lui-m&ecirc;me ou par un tiers d&eacute;sign&eacute; par lui pendant la dur&eacute;e de la convention et cela sans intervention de l&rsquo;agent immobilier telle que d&eacute;crite &agrave; l&rsquo;article FRAIS ET HONORAIRES, il ne sera d&ucirc;&nbsp;aucun honoraire &agrave; l&rsquo;agent immobilier.</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Les honoraires sont &eacute;galement d&eacute;finitivement acquis si, dans les six mois qui suivent la cl&ocirc;ture du pr&eacute;sent contrat, le bien est vendu par le donneur d&#39;ordre &agrave; une personne &agrave; qui l&#39;agent immobilier a communiqu&eacute; pendant la dur&eacute;e du contrat des informations pr&eacute;cises et individuelles concernant ce bien, ou &agrave; une personne &eacute;tant de telle mani&egrave;re en relation avec ceux-ci qu&#39;il est raisonnablement permis de supposer qu&#39;elle dispose de ces informations du fait de cette relation. L&#39;agent immobilier communiquera au donneur d&#39;ordre, dans un d&eacute;lai de sept jours ouvrables apr&egrave;s la cl&ocirc;ture du contrat, la liste des personnes &agrave; qui il a donn&eacute; des informations pr&eacute;cises et individuelles (ci-apr&egrave;s &ldquo;la liste&ldquo;).</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Dans le cas o&ugrave; la vente n&rsquo;a pas lieu suite &agrave; la r&eacute;alisation d&rsquo;une condition, aucun honoraire ni commission n&rsquo;est d&ucirc; par le donneur d&rsquo;ordre, sauf si cela est d&ucirc; &agrave; un manquement imputable au vendeur ou &agrave; l&rsquo;acheteur.</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Si la mission est &eacute;tendue pendant sa r&eacute;alisation, &agrave; la demande du donneur d&#39;ordre, l&#39;agent immobilier aura droit &agrave; une r&eacute;mun&eacute;ration adapt&eacute;e pour ses prestations compl&eacute;mentaires.</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Si le donneur d&rsquo;ordre met un terme &agrave; la mission de vente pour quelque raison que ce soit, il s&rsquo;engage &agrave; indemniser les co&ucirc;ts engendr&eacute;s par les documents demand&eacute;s &agrave; celui qui les a support&eacute;s. Le donneur d&rsquo;ordre re&ccedil;oit ensuite les originaux des documents demand&eacute;s.</li>
